1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Lomzapidbad's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided

Lomzapidbad provides legal consultation on intellectual property, cross-border transactions, and regulatory compliance in Malaysia. Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond applicable law.

3. Limitation of Liability

Lomzapidbad shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to fees paid within the preceding 12 months.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and work product remain the property of Lomzapidbad unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client retains rights to original documents provided.

5. Confidentiality

Lomzapidbad maintains strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with Malaysian legal privilege and GDPR requirements where applicable. We do not disclose client data to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data is processed in compliance with Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection and usage.

7. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts of Kuala Lumpur.
